Minigraf 3
Table machine for connecting of frames MINIGRAF 3 is made
for connection of all kinds of frames. MINIGRAF 3 is simple and it can make
very precise junctions on all types of lattices by the special steel connectors.
It uses regular connectors strengthened for very hard wood and special ALFAGRAF
ones with a pulling effect for different heights.
MINIGRAF 3 is delivered with:
- pneumatic blockade of anglers, which enables correct strengthening of frames as a result of driving connectors in different places
- magnetic inserts of different kinds that are quickly replacable and serve for correct strengthening of all profiles
- governing pedal with double commands for separate commanding of inserting and strengthening of connectors
- pneumatic opening of a connector container because of quick refilling
- heads for connectors of different heights - 7, 10 and 15 mm
Having a tough system of throwing connectors out, it can function for a long period
of time without any particular problems.

Minigraf 4
Being a table type of a machine for connecting frames,
Minigraf 4 is dedicated to serial production of medium size frames. Minigraf 4
is equipped with a system for ranging in of nails that is mounted on the carts,
pneumatically driven by an operator. It uses regular nails, nails strengthened
for very hard wood and special Alfagraf nails of different heights.
Minigraf 4 is delivered with:
- magnetic pillows of different types,easily replacable, which serve correct setting of each profile
- governing pedal with two positions for separate commands for strengthening of profiles and ranging in of nails
- framework for frontal strengthening that makes production of ideal junctions possible
- pneumatic opening of nail container for quick refilling
- soft strengthening of lattices, pressure adaptable to different stages of production
- adaptable anglers
- heads for nails of different heights - 7, 10 and 15 mm

Cutter BILAMA T350
CUTTER BILAMA with vertical lowering of knives under the
angle of 45 for cutting frames, furniture, doors, windows. The machine has
got a pneumatic system with recuperation of energy, which enables quicker
return of knives and lowers the expenditure of air. Lowering of knives is
regulated by a pneumatic system that at the same time strengthens lattices
to the working surface by two series of weights.
The machine is equipped with:
- system for regulation of the speed of knife lowering
- ruled working surface with a metrical ruler and double system of reading
- hand brake of a closet

T 55 – 300
Precise orientatiable cutter with a turning desk and
self-adjustable blockage in the mainworking angles of 90°, 45°, 30°, 22°30',
15° and 10°. Manual blockage for all other angles. An engine with a belt
transmission for T 50 350 and MEC 300 ST. The engine is co-axial with a knife
code T 55 300 and T 48 250, and the difference between those two performances
is that the first one has greater strength and possibility of cutting of thicker
profile, while the second one is more economical. The machines have a large
choice of additional equipment, which makes them the most complete and
practical on the market, for different uses from cutting of rectangular frames,
multipurpose application in joiner's trade, to cutting separate parts of furniture in industry. |

MORSO – machine for working out of angles
MORSO F, a machine for working out of angles, is a
great help in making angles of wooden profiles for all purposes.
Handling it is simple, and governing is regulated by a foot pedal.
It has got a longitudinally movable margine, lattice for measuring,
adjustable margines (45° - 90°) on both sides of a knife and adjustable
carriers for shortening.
MORSO F cuts a double angle under 45° or a single
one up to 90°. With that machine you can get almost a smooth, clean
and accurate cut when you cut one piece with two cuts. A knife cuts
in a way that the last cut is so called clean cut. Special system of
bars makes this machine so simple for handling, and a double return
bar always returns a knife block into a starting position. The height
of a knife movement is adjustable. The pieces of profile can be connected
without additional treatment. |

ALPHA 1 M is a machine for connecting frames, used
